When booking a massage appointment, we offer 30min, 60min, and 90min massage, regardless of the technique used. You can discuss with your therapist what you are looking to achieve from your session and together you can come up with a tailored plan on the type(s) of techniques used during your session (Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Hot Pack, Prenatal, and/or Cupping Therapy, to name a few). We also offer a 30 min massage with a SoftWave Treatment for those who have specific pain that needs to be addressed, or for those who have had SoftWave Treatment before but need a maintenance session!
